Bringing Hope & Healing to the 850
Transform850 is a community outreach ministry of Transformation Church in Tallahassee, FL. We exist to serve the underserved community within the 850 area code by providing free medical services and community resources.
Transform850 was founded in 2022 by members of Transformation Church who felt God urging them to use their medical backgrounds to provide free resources to the community. We hold several events annually providing complete free health screenings and related community health resources, as well as haircuts, back to school supplies, food and games for children and more.
Transform850 is more than just medical care – we're a movement of compassion bringing free healthcare and community resources to those who need it most.
