Shouldn’t the church stay out of politics?
The Church should engage in politics, but we haven't always done it right. Some let anger lead, while others completely disengage, thinking that’s the solution. Neither works! Proverbs 31:8-9 tells us to speak up for those who can’t advocate for themselves. As representatives of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20), we must influence change with love, shining our light in a dark world (Matthew 5:14-16).
