You definitely can! Not sure what a QCD is? A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) allows individuals aged 70½ or older to give directly from their IRA to a qualified charity like Transformation Church. This special type of gift can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) while excluding the amount donated from your taxable income. The key is that the distribution must go directly from your IRA custodian to the church — it cannot pass through your hands. For more info about this, click here.

If you’d like to make a gift of stock, you can easily transfer shares from your brokerage account to Transformation Church’s account at Edward Jones. Simply contact your financial advisor or brokerage firm and request a DTC (Direct Transfer) to Edward Jones. Your broker will need our Edward Jones account number and DTC code—please email finance@transformtlh.com to receive these details. Once the transfer is complete, the shares will be sold and the proceeds used to support the Immeasurably More Vision Fund.
